So Lena and Daddy cheer for the Steelers together:

And that's it for tonight.  Somehow it's December and that is also crazy because we'll be moving in a couple weeks and then right after that this new baby boy is going to show up!  Whew.  Time's are a-changin'.

adventures in eating

And this is Lena eating a grilled cheese with chopsticks.  

Yes, it's true.  She watched Aunt Sheryl do it and must have been inspired.  

And she was much better with the chopsticks then she is with a fork or spoon too... She ate a good 4 or 5 pieces of sandwich using this stab-and-swivel method.

Lena is obviously a very scary spider today.

Although someone was not super-excited about it at first...

The costume has legs on each side which I think are really funny

And then she didn't want to take it off and wanted to take a nap while wearing it...

Hi there.

It's October.  As a preview of what's to come, here's a video of Lena showing off her duds for the 31st.  Please try your best to ignore the obnoxious voice in the foreground.

Apparently when Sheryl put these glasses on him he was so confused as to what was going on and why his vision suddenly went dim that he just stood here like this for like 2 minutes.  Enough time for Sheryl to get up, find the camera, and take a picture.

So that was that.  Lena and me hanging out in the morning.... not super-exciting, but we can't all be Academy Award winning directors, now can we?

the morning.

This is a video of Lena and I just hanging out in the morning after breakfast.  She runs around, bothers The Patch, plays with some toys, and I drink coffee.  It's usually a good time.  And today she slept in until 7:15 which means it was an extra good time.

(insert video THAT WILL NOT LOADDDDDDDDDD)  argh.  I've been trying for days.  DAYS.

So there you go.

I've also realized that I haven't written hardly anything about this pregnancy.  This is probably due to a few factors:  1) Lena is just so darn cute so why talk about aches and pains when I could instead just talk about her?  2) There really haven't been any aches and pains in this pregnancy.  With Lena I felt gross all the time, not in an extreme way, but just that I was constantly aware of the fact that something was up and it didn't feel right or normal.  This time around I feel so good that I actually forget that I'm pregnant about 90% of the time.  3) Lena is just SO DARN CUTE so why post pictures of me getting larger when I could instead post pictures of her getting cuter?  And those are all the factors I can think of right now.  I'm sure I could talk about more, but really, I gotz other thangs to do!!  So ttyl.
